CC/PP (Composite Capability/Preference Profiles)

In short, CC/PP is a description of device capabilities and user preferences that can be used to guide the adaptation of content presented to that device (ie the web server can generate different HTML for browsers on desktop PCs and mobile phones). CC/PP is based on RDF.
